Are you interested in quitting or reducing your alcohol consumption? This is an experimental course which will pair Microdosing and a separate low-cost monthly app subscription service (cost not included). Researcher Greg Ferenstein has published studies on Microdosing, healthy behavior, and productivity. He will work collaboratively with a student cohort to fine-tune their strategy in conjunction with highly rated wellness apps.
This coaching course includes:
- Participants will have the opportunity to learn from experienced microdosers
- Help determining how to get the most out of your microdosing
- Weekly one hour group (end to end encrypted) Zoom calls with Greg
- Slack community chat
- Individual (end to end encrypted) Zoom sessions with Greg
- Guided use of the Reframe and NHS Drink Free Days apps
