Deep and restful sleep is one of the most important elements of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Microdosing focusing on sleep creates a relaxing environment that helps people fall asleep faster and prevents waking up in the middle of the night. This is an experimental course which will pair Microdosing and a separate low-cost monthly app subscription service (cost not included). Researcher Greg Ferenstein has published studies on Microdosing, healthy behavior, and productivity. He will work collaboratively with a student cohort to fine-tune their strategy in conjunction with highly rated wellness apps.
This coaching course includes:
- Participants will have the opportunity to learn from experienced microdosers
- Help determining how to get the most out of your microdosing
- Weekly one hour group (end to end encrypted) Zoom calls with Greg
- Slack community chat
- Individual (end to end encrypted) Zoom sessions with Greg
