As technology becomes an ever more present element in our lives more and more attention is placed on social media taking away attention from our own lives. Social Media addiction can lead to depression, lack of confidence, and even withdraws. This is an experimental course which will pair Microdosing and a separate low-cost monthly app subscription service (cost not included). Researcher Greg Ferenstein has published studies on Microdosing, healthy behavior, and productivity. He will work collaboratively with a student cohort to fine-tune their strategy in conjunction with highly rated wellness apps.
This coaching course includes:
- Participants will have the opportunity to learn from experienced microdosers
- Help determining how to get the most out of your microdosing
- Weekly one hour group (end to end encrypted) Zoom calls with Greg
- Slack community chat
- Individual (end to end encrypted) Zoom sessions with Greg
- Guided use of Freedom
